Toko Buku Djawa is one of the pioneer shops along Jalan Braga. This bookshop has been opened since 1955, the year Bandung held the first Asian Africa Conference! Today, they sell mostly Indonesian books, magazines, and stationaries.

How to get there : Within walking distance along Jalan Asia Afrika then to Jalan Braga; from Jalan Merdeka (Bandung Indah Plaza, Hyatt hotel, Santika hotel, etc): on foot (approx. 1.2 kilometers [0.75 miles] walk)
By angkot: from Jalan Merdeka, take an angkot that goes to Kalapa and get off in front of Preanger Hotel (fare: Rp. 2,500 for a 15-minute journey). From there continue by walking towards Jalan Braga (about 200 meters away)
