Wisma Menumbing (Menumbing House) | Wisma Ranggam / House of Ranggam
Wisma Menumbing is an exile home of the Indonesian first President, Soekarno, during the Dutch colonial era. It is located 445 meters above sea level and was built in 1928. Bung Hatta, the first Indonesian Vice President, and other national figures, such as Mr. Assa’at, Komodor Suryadarma, and AG. Pringgodigdo were also exiled there from 22 December 1948 to 6 July 1949.
