Fishing can be done in a few beaches and lakes. If you are really into fishing, it is suggested to bring your own fishing equipment, as fishing equipment rental can be hard to find. Sikuai Island and Cubadak Island can also be considered as options for fishing or even to dive and to go snorkeling. For water activities in Sikuai Island, you can visit or contact Dermaga Wisata Bahari office. Most western tourist also comes to Mentawai Island for surfing.
