Every year Qatar hosts MotoGP at Losail International Circuit, which is located about 26 kilometers from downtown Doha (approximately 30 minutes driving in virtually no traffic jam). This 5,380 meter circuit holds the MotoGP in March (follow the latest calendar events: www.motogp.com.
Losail International Circuit held its first MotoGP in 2004 and conducted its first night race in 2008. This year’s (2011) ticket price was bundled for the whole 3-day event (Friday-Saturday-Sunday), starting from QAR 100 up to thousands of Qatari riyals for VIP guests.
